“I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for the wonderful dinner you and your team produced on Tuesday evening at the Merchant Adventurers' Hall. The dinner was absolutely fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. Feeding 55 of us wasn't an easy task particularly when a few of them only informed you of certain dietary requirements at the last minute!
