Corporate Event - Michaelmas Feast
“I thought I simply must write to say how much we appreciated the care you and your staff devoted to the Merchant Adventurers' Company's Michaelmas Feast last Friday and to complement you on the production of such an excellent and enjoyable meal. I think we were aware that mass catering of a menu that includes goose is always something of a risk and a challenge but we were delighted both with the goose itself and the balance you managed to achieve for the whole through a simple but stylish starter and that quite delicious autumn pudding, just the thing to complement the goose and quite the traditional thing, I now find, to serve at a Michaelmas goose feast.
