Every Bride and Groom are given an individual complimentary taster wedding breakfast by poppy caterers executive chef Simon, at our tasting room in Sheriff Hutton York.  

Every bride and groom are given the royal treatment, starting with a warm welcome by the company directors followed, by a selection of canapés and starters, main courses, and desserts. Which are pre chosen by the happy couple.  Once the taster has finished, we then design a menu around the happy couples tastes and requirements, changes to the menu can be made up to a week prior to the big day.   All our food is freshly prepared using local ingredients, from local farm meats, to east coast fish, to local asparagus (in season).    For further information on our catering services please call us on 01347 878628.

Fantastic days in April for a marquee weddings, 12m wide marquee accommodating 140 guests for dining, dance, bar area, and stage for the band.   Large oval dining table able to seat 20 guests ideal for the bride and groom and immediate family.  Lime wash chairs with champagne carpet, clear windows and clear span roofs allowing maximum light into the marquee during the day.

Dear Charlotte,

Many Thanks indeed for all your wonderful help and assistance in making our drinks reception and annual conference dinner such a Huge success last Thursday evening.  The feedback from our delegates and guests has all been very positive and everyone enjoyed the Merchant Taylors Hall and the delicious cuisine.
